A short daily check-in. A clear report for your doctor.
You live with a long-term illness, and your doctor asks how the month went. Brookday gives you a short daily check-in to note your symptoms, then makes a PDF for each month. No account, and your records stay on your device.
Logging, history, charts and exporting your own data are always free, for as many days as you like. Your first doctor PDF costs nothing.
No card is needed to start. Nothing charges automatically.
Brookday records what you enter. It does not diagnose or give medical advice.
Brookday is an iPhone app, coming soon to the App Store. There is no web or Android version. Privacy policy.

What it looks like

Why it is different
A check-in, not a questionnaire
One screen, your own symptom names, a 0 to 10 scale. “Same as yesterday” fills in a stable day with one tap.
Your record is always yours
Logging, history, charts and exporting your own data are always free, with no limit on days. Only a second and later doctor PDF needs the one-time unlock.
Your records stay on your device
No account, no sign-in, no email, no analytics. Save a backup copy now and then; delete it all from Settings at any time.
Easy on tired eyes
Made for logging from bed in a dark room, with a dark theme and no bright white screens.
Quiet
No streaks, no badges, no “how are you feeling”. No notifications unless you turn on the daily reminder.
A monthly report
Pick a month, share a PDF. Black on white, a symptom table with days logged and the lowest and highest recorded numbers, a day-by-day grid, notes.

The first minute
- Know what is free from the start: logging for as many days as you like, and your first doctor PDF.
- Name your condition, or skip. Pick Other to type your own label.
- Pick three or more symptoms from a starter list for your condition, or type your own.
- Log today. The History row appears, and Charts shows your counts once you have three days logged.
Price, plainly
Logging, history, charts and exporting your own data are always free, for as many days as you like. Your first doctor PDF costs nothing, and more doctor PDFs need a one-time unlock for $14.99. It doesn't renew.
Nothing you have logged is ever locked, whether or not you buy. The one-time unlock covers only making a second and later doctor PDF. If you had already made a doctor PDF before this rule, your doctor PDFs stay open for you.

Privacy in one sentence
Everything you enter is stored on your device and nowhere else. There is no account, no analytics and no server of ours that ever sees your data.
The full privacy policy says the same thing at length, and the Consumer Health Data Policy explains your rights over health data under Washington, Nevada and Connecticut law.
